I've always loved early 2000's pop music ever since I was a little girl. I was born in 2003 so it's the music I grew up with. My mom is a person who loves dancing so all the pop music really got my whole family out of their chairs whenever it came on. I love this genre not only because of the music but because of the clothes that were worn by the artists. They had such a crazy sense of style with mannnyyyyyy mismatched colors and some bedazzle.

The Country music genre holds a special place in my heart along with new memories. My parents got divorced when I was young, and my mom remarried my to my stepdad who I consider to be my father. He is the first person who introduced me to country music and to what is so enjoyable about it. There is so much history from country music. You can have the mainstream country and the old-time bluegrass. We recently took a trip to Nashville, TN and got to visit all the old stomping grounds of really great artists and the Ye Ol' Opry where lots of them performed and got recognized for their talent.

Indie Rock genre is something that I found on my own. It was probably through social media I took a liking to this genre. With all the viral clips of music I was able to listen to some artists and their albums. It's a newer interest of mine and sometimes it takes me a while to like a song from the genre but it eventually grows on me.
