Eggs are some of my favorite food dur to the nutrional value they bring to the table. There's many things that you can do with eggs. You can cooked them sunnyside up, scrambled, an omellete, or hard boil egg. My personal favorite is scrambled egg and an omellete. If I'm really hungry I'll make an omellete but if I'm for something easy on the go I'll make scrambled.
I eat a lot of chicken due to the reason that it has a lot of protein, and my main fitness goal is to build muscle and eating enough protein and having a good training program tie together for one like myself to build muscle. When I cook my chicken I usually add a little bit of seasoning and then throw it on the grill. In my opinion chicken taste better on the grill then it does on the stove.
When I say berries I'm mainly talking about blueberries and strawberries. I just love the taste of fruit in general. The great thing about it is that it won't have a bad effect on your body if you eat a lot of them, unlike if you at a lot of sweets and desserts. They're low calorie and they are the perfect snack. You can mix them with all kinds of foods and get creative with your food, so it gives people more variety.
